Outlook 2007 - In 4 or 5 of my contacts there is a Date (mo/dd/yyyy) that is
automatically generated when a note is initially added in the contact. (just
above the note) Under the note verbage is a dotted line. Both are lighter
intensity than other letters. This is not the case for all other contacts
(about 120). How can i get outlook to do this (date and dotted line) for all
note enteries in a contact as subsequent notes are entered for that contact?
This happened only in the first note of the 4/5 contacts and never repeats
again as other notes are added to the contact
