Create a shortcut to Outlook in your startup folder. Start->All
Programs->Startup. Right click in an empty space and select create a
shortcut. Browse to the programs folder and double click on the outlook.exe
file.

It's a common mistake and it's called patience.

Good luck

Yes, putting a short-cut in your startup will do it.

But I would not recommend it, because if you are logging into a network and
there's a problem with the mail server it will hang (freeze) on you and you
would have to end the task and try again anyway.

Good luck
