Auto reply send once by using template

Auto reply send once by using template. Try to set the
rule but fail to send out the auto reply in Outlook 2002.
When using outlook 98, (Windows NT 4.0 Server + Exchange
5.5) the auto reply function works. After upgrade to
Outlook 2002 (Windows 2000 Server + Exchange 2000
Server), it only send once for the reply. Anyone help?
