Auto Text

I posted this in another newsgroup and didn't get a response so I'm
crossposting here hoping someone has the answer.

foolishly deleted "Filename and path" from Auto Text Header/Footer. I
recreated it put it was put in Normal on the menu. I read that once an entry
is deleted it can't be replaced and that new entries are put under that
Normal subheading. I removed and reinstalled Office XP to try to fix this
but even after reinstallation the problem remained.

Is there a place in the registry I can go to fix this--to get Filename and
path back under Header/Footer? And also, what entries and files do I need to
delete to remove every trace of Office so that I can reinstall it in its
original state? I know this is a small deal but I would just like to have
Auto Text back the way it was.
