AutoArchive Inbox Folder

I've configured an Outlook prf file for Outlook 2003 to enable AutoArchive
settings. I notice archiving is not performed on the Inbox by default. Is
there a way I can change a setting in the prf file or GP to select the
"Archive items ... using default settings" for the Inbox. I've set the
Archive folder location in the prf and general Archive settings in a GPO.
