AutoCorrect from main dictionary in OneNote

AutoCorrect behaviour in OneNote ought to be the same as it is in other
Office applications, like Word.

AutoCorrect in OneNote is not synchronized with the global office dictionary.
AutoCorrect in OneNote does not correct errors of the "This is the house"
variety, (though microsoft suggests it does)
ie: "if you type This is theh ouse plus a space, AutoCorrect replaces what
you typed with "This is the house."

Searching Microsoft's online help pages leads one to the page regarding
AutoCorrect synchronization with the main dictionary, here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA101747901033.aspx?pid=CL100605171033
-Page implies that the feature is only available in Outlook, Publisher, and
Word.

This is at odds with the following page which seems to suggest that the
AutoCorrect behaviour between Word and OneNote are the same.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822515

So, by way of a question: is there some way to make AutoCorrect in OneNote
A) correct "this is theh ouse" spacing errors
B) correct commonly misspelled word errors in synch with the global
spellchecker dictionary?

no question this needs to be fixed. i use onenote to take notes in class
(shocker, i know) when i'm typing furiously. i hate constantly having to go
back to correct easily autocorrectable stuff and then missing out on part of
a lecture. i'm guessing it's a very simple fix too.

Yeah, its absolutely unbelieveable this hasn't been addressed. I've emailed
them about the problem. I've noted it here. Dozens of people in my class in
my small corner of the world are using this program, all with the same
problems.

I'm really surprised more people aren't pissed about it.

Some indication that they plan to fix it would be nice!

I do not understand that:

(a) No "privileges" nedded for visiting "Connect".

(b) Where could I/we find a link?

it appeared to me as though you need privileges to post feedback

passport account that has them).

Strange.
There are no privileges need.
Normally it's sufficient to just enter "Connect" and log-in with the
standard "Passport" account.
