Autofill not working in Terminal Session

I have a terminal session user whose autofil in her Outlook account is
not working. The optionto turn on this feature is missing fom the Tools
- Options location where is customarily is. I have not looked too
deeply into this. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
