Hi, I am helping a friend of mine write her story for family and friends. We
originally wrote it in Word 2003, but want to import it into Publisher 2003
because she wants many pictures embedded and Publisher is usually better with
pictures.
1. The text was 55 pages long. When I chose to "import word document," it
brought everything in, but the size of the text box was not what I would
like. If I change the size, it only changes it on the first page. I tried
clicking on "Publication Designs" and changed it to the "Blank" form. This
changed it throughout the document to give it larger margins (which I
wanted), but they were now too large. Is there a way to change it so that it
will effect every text box that it created?
2. Ideally, I would like to add the pictures "inline" so that they move with
the paragraph they are associated with. Most pictures also have a caption
associated with them. When I choose to "group" the picture with the caption,
I no longer have the choice to format them as "inline." If I don't group
them, and make the picture "inline," then the "Wrapping Style" goes gray and
I can't have the text wrap around the picture.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Julie
