Autojump to another Powerpoint

If I have one powerpoint running on a timed slide transistion basis, so
it advances automatically every 5 seconds, is there any way that I can
make it automatically start another Powerpoint slide show, when it
finishes the first? Can I put a command in the last slide, telling it
which presentation to run next?
