automate email

I'm trying to find a way or a third pary program which will do what I need.

I have a word document which can contain graphics along with standard text.
I
want to send this document to many people, but i cannot send it as an
attachment. It has to be the body of any email.

For example,
In outlook, if i open up a new message then copy and paste a word document
into the body and send the email.. This will send the email retaining the
formatting of the word document.

I want to simulate this process to many
emails.(in an automated way)

We have about 2000 clients we send stuff too and need an automated way to do
this.

Does anyone know how i can do this? Or a product which will help me?
