Automate Fokder Creation And Sorting In Outlook

Minitman

Greetings

I am trying to find a way to automate my sorting and folder creation..
Is there any way to create new folders (semi)automatically to sort the
incoming mail. I am getting about 500 - 2000 pieces a day and don't
have time to sort all of them

Any ideas as to how this could be accomplished?

TIA

Hi Minitman,

As far as the information i have i don't think there is an
option to automatically create new folder. It is quiet easy to create
folder.

Create a folder :
On the File menu, point to New, and then click Folder.
In the Name box, enter a name for the folder.
In the Folder contains box, click the type of folder you want to create.
In the Select where to place the folder list, click the location for the
folder.

Organize the Favorite Folders pane your way

Hey Raghu,

Thanks for the reply, however, I don't think I stated my needs
correctly. Let me try again,

I am receiving about 200 emails a fay from several programmers email
groups. I use the organize wizard to create and file the subjects
into their own folders. I have 10 profiles set up to accept the email
from each group. I then go in to each profile, into the organize
wizard and create new rules for sorting, based upon the subject. I
find myself repeating the same keystroke over and over again. This
led me to believe that there might be a vbe solution. If this is the
case, does anyone know how to do this?

TIA
