automatic adjustment of start, finish date w/o dependency specifi

without specifying any dependency, the same resource can be overallocated for
different tasks for any reason, is there a way for the project to
automatically adjust the start/finish dates and without overallocation of one
particular resource.

Hi taurus0029,

Take a look in help for Resource Leveling. Briefly, resource leveling
delays tasks (adjusting the schedule) to help resolve resource
overallocation. If you wish to level for just one resource, try leveling
from the Resource Usage view with the resource selected.
