Automatic CC'ing

I have a contact that always wants a designated person to
be cc'ed on all her emails. Is it possible to set this up
when setting up the contact ? If not, is there a way to
do this ?

You could use the rule:

Apply this rule after sending the message
Cc the message to <person or distribution group>

But that will Cc the recipient(s) for EVERY message sent. If you want
the Cc to go to the recipient only when a specified person is sent
e-mail, add the clause:

sent to <person or distribution group>
