automatic full screen

Could anyone tell me how to stop Office 2000 windows
(Outlook, and Outlook Express)from automatically
expanding to full screen?
This is also happening in Internet Explorer.

Hello Curby,

In Windows environment you have the option to decide what
should be the size of the window of the application when
you launch it.
For this you need to follow the below given steps.

1) Launch the application.
2) Resize the window as per your requirement.
3) Close the application window using the X(close) button
in top right corner of window or the Close option in the
context menu (top left corner).

This is applicable to any application in windows
environment.
