Automatic Outline Numbering in Publish?

The automatic numbering found in Word on the menu: Formats/Bullets &
Numbering - Outline Numbered does not appear to be offered in the text box in
MS Publish. If this is true how does one do autimatic numbering with multi
levels in a document in Publish?

In Ed's defense, so many folks post to these newsgroups without concern as
to whether anyone can interpret their utterances. True communication
requires reasonable spelling and sentence structure. Unless my message is
very short, I enter the text into a blank Word document to check spelling
and grammar.
