Numbering a list in a text box.

Hello folks.
I thought this would be quite easy, but I 'm having real problems with it.
I have a text box with 30 lines of text.
I want the first 15 lines numbered 1 to 15. (easy enough)
I then want the next 15 lines numbered 1 to 15 (problems start)

What I have done is to go to Format, Bullets and Numbering, Numbering.
I have selected a format style (the first one), start numbering at 1, and
then the end result is that the numbering starts at 16 anyway.

Anyone genius enough to know how to fix?

Your help is and always has been very much appreciated.
Thanking you in anticipation.

If you could leave one blank line before beginning the
second group of 15...you might have better luck.

Or...you might consider using two text boxes,

Enter, enter again, turn on the list by clicking it on the toolbar. I don't
think you can avoid a blank line between the two lists.

Hello John and Mary,

I did consider these workarounds but I was sure someone could along with the
perfect solution. I spent a long time on this, I'm glad to know that wasn't a
solution staring me in the face that I couldn't see.

Very best regards to you both.

Considering that you only have a few lines...
maybe you could enter the numbers manually.
