Automatic resource leveling, does not work in EPM

I have been using Microsoft Project for a long time. Recently, started using
EPM.
While doing automatic resource leveling, I observed that, it does not work
for Enterprise Resources. It works only for local resources.

I have reported this problem to Microsoft, India representative, but there
is no response.

If someone has faced this problem, and found some solution, please let me
know.

Hello,

Did you open every project concerned by the resource leveling ? This feature
doesn't work on closed plans.

I tried it on different projects, which are live.
All projects I faced same problem. Leveling works for local resources, but
does not work for Enterprise Resources.
