automatic send and receive for my hotmail/msn account in outlook 2

Hi,

I use Outlook to view my emails for my MSN and Hotmail accounts. However I
am unable to see new emails unless I click on the send/receive button.
Although I have an automatic send/receive set up it does not work. If i go
into my send/receive groups I can see that in account options it only allows
me to SEND MAIL ITEMS. This is with my Hotmail and MSN account, both which
are HTTP mail accounts. I also have a POP email account and for this I am
given the option to SEND AND RECEIVE MAIL ITEMS in account options. Why is
this? Can anyone please tell me how I can automatically see my new mail
without having to manually select it.
