I am running XP Pro and have Outlook 2003. I have a hotmail account
linked to my Outlook which works fine at startup, i.e. it gets all of
my new mail for me when I first open outlook. I also have set outlook
to automatically check for new email every 10 minutes, but it never
picks up any new mail. However, if I hit F9 or just hit the send
receive button manually it works fine and retreives all of my mail for
me.
I have made sure that the scheduled send/receive is enabled and that I
am online. I created a new send receive group and that did not help
either. I have read some of the similar posts and none of the
recommendations have helped the problem. Please help.
