Automatically Forward Email Without Attachments

Is there a way to set this up?

I would like to forward emails to my mobile phone, but
the emails I deal with usually have too large of file
attachments. (I just need to know that things are being
sent...I don't need to see the attachments.)

which version of outlook do you use? have you looked at slipstick.com for
utilities that can forward alerts to your phone?
