Automatically Generate Links

Is there a way to create a web page, I'm guessing it would be ASP, not sure
though, that would automatically create hyperlinks to files in a given
folder.

For instance, I have a folder that contains various forms.

I'd like to have a web page people can go to, have the forms in that folder
listed automatically, and click on one to open it.

The forms are PDF files, if that even matters.
