Does Outlook from Office 2000 Standard, running on XP Home, have the ability
to automatically query the server for new messages?
I saved my connection username and password, but it still doesn't
automatically query. And every time I manually click "Send and Receive" I
have to enter my password again.
Even if I click the "Save Password" checkbox on that screen, it still never
saves my password. I always have to manually enter it every time I want to
check for new messages.
Is this a limitation of the Outlook version I'm using? I don't have this
issue on my robust version I use at work.
