Automatically Receive E-Mail on Enter

I can't for the life of me find the setting. I used to have Outlook automatically receive e-mail when I enter the program, but now I have to press send/receive to get it. Where's this option located? I'm using O 2003

That's it...now I remember. Thanks for the advice.

Pretty well hidden feature, I'd say. It's like a treasure hunt trying to
find all the things they've hidden in Outlook.
