Hi all,
In Outlook express, is there any way to set up a rule to
reply to all emails, but not if the original email was an
automated one?
We set up an autoresponse on our mailbox, and then emailed
our customer base. Some of our customers had set up an out-
of-office message on their side, so that replied to us.
This triggered a response back, and in the end we had
about 300 emails per affected customer.
We can check if the message has a "RE:" in it, but perhaps
there's a better way to do it.
Any ideas?
