Autotext

Is the autotext feature included in Word 2007--I can't seem to find it. We
like to use page numbering like, "Page 1 of 10", but we can't find how to do
this Word 2007, anybody know?

Autotext is there. So is page numbering. I'm not being nasty but did you try
looking at the Help file? I don't use Word 2007 a lot but I found exactly
what you needed in moments by using the Help file.

Yes, I did F1 and typed in "autotext", clicked on the magnifying glass and
got around 4 hits, none of them having the word "autotext" or a description
that appeared to on point.

On the right corner of Word is the help, an icon with a question mark, below is
the first entry for Autotext.
You can add the AutoText command to the Quick Access Toolbar by doing the
following: Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Word Options.
Click Customize. Click Commands Not in the Ribbon in the Choose commands from
list, click AutoText, and then click Add.

Thanks! I did find it after seeing Paul's reply and digging down a bit. I
had no idea about gallery and block parts. Some may like this ribbon thing
but I find it confusing and difficult to unravel. I did read Gates' comment
to Ballmer in USA Today about finding some features that were previously
"hidden" to him, but I still think many features are just hidden in a
different way.
