Avery 5412 Template

Hi, I need a template for the Avery 5412 labels. I have looked everywhere
and no one has one. They are very tiny labels. If anyone has one or knows
where to find one please help! Or can you tell me how to make one?

Thanks so much!

You will need to "roll your own" According to the Avery web site, those
labels are intended for hand written use.

Use a ruler to get the applicable dimensions and create a custom label to
suit.

I was wondering if anyone created a template for the Avery 5412 labels and would be willing to share it. I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Did not have luck with carpbot's excel template, so I made this one:

Rows = 37 pixels
Columns = 50 pixels
Top margin = 0.17
Left margin = 0.22
Right margin = 0.2
Bottom margin = 0.15
No scaling when printing
Horizontally aligned (centered) printing
Changed paper size to custom 7" width x 5" height

Your printer will likely require you to adjust the above settings slightly, but I imagine this will get you very close.

I had to adjust mine to
Rows = 39
Columns = 52
Then I printed on a blank sheet of paper
Taped the labels onto the paper (using a back light for positioning)
Ran it through the printer and it worked great.
Of course I had to tape a new sheet of labels each time... but it worked and that was the goal

Try this one. It prints along the long side of the label
