How do I print the second label on the above if I only want to print one?

For a single label you can set the start label position from the envelope
label wizard dialog. For multiple labels either create a new document from
the same dialog to give you a page of blank labels to work with, or use mail
merge inserting the requisite number of blank records at the start of the
data file.
