Back up Outlook 2003

I have been using MS Outlook for years and just upgraded to MY CHAGRIN...
wHEN CLICKING ON FILE THE DROP DOWN MENU DOES NOT HAVE A BACKUP...
While I am at it there is no Office shortcut bar.......WHY do away with a
good thing?Can someone show me a way to quickly access the programs.

Athena, Thank you for the info. I was able to backup Office 2000 data but
unable to transfer the info to my laptop Office 2003....this is the big
problem.

Unable to log on to the website for the toolbar.
