Back up the Database

Hello,

I am running Access 2000 and i have been copying my DB(front end/ back end
design) to a cdr and wondering if there is either a back up tool i can
install to either automate it or just to back it up to the cdr instead of
constantly copying and pasting?Any ideas out there?
