Background Master Color Other than **White** Marble?

I want to set up a master background using a marble texture. How do I get a
color other than white? I'm using Publisher in Office 2003.

Go to the Office ClipArt web site, click "backgrounds" in the category, input
"marble" in the search. There are marble textures with other colors.
