Background picture

I need some help. I created a site using a theme, the
background picture is not showing when I open the site
with a browser. Funny part is the picture shows up when I
open it with FP.

Any suggestions?

I had that happen before. First thing I would check is make sure that the
file is on the server in the image folder. and the the html is refering to
it. If the file is not then that could be the problem.
