Backing up Mail and Addresses

I caught a nasty Explorer bug and am needing to reinstall
my OS. Is there a particular Outlook file(s) that
contains my mail and addresses?

Yes, you want to look for pst-files. If you didn't store your contacts in
the Contacts folder you might want to search for pab-files as well. Make
sure you include hidden and system files/folders in your search.
