Backup utility

The backup utility does not work with outlook 2003. This utility worked well
with outlook 2002 but does not work with Outlook 2003

The following may also be relevent;
The add-in may not be registered correctly. So, try registering the dll with

the following steps.



1. Exit Outlook.

2. On the Start menu click Run

3. In the Open box type the following and click OK.



regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office\addins\outbak.dll"



NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll to match the

location on your computer.



4. After running the command line start Outlook.
