Bank Holidays

In MS Project 2003 is there anything I can do to alert the user where weeks
including bank holidays will automatically recognise when a resource is
allocated for more than 4 working days.

Usual practice is to:
Select Tools, Change Working Time
In the Standard calendar set the relevant holidays to non-working.

All tasks spanning the holidays are now automatically delayed by the
non-working days.
