Baseline work and work

Hi,

I need to know what is the difference between baseline work, work and actual
work and their relation with %complete column.

The problem is this: The baseline work is 10hrs, then I put the actual work
8hrs (that 's what it took the team member to complete the task), now the %
complete shows 8%. But I want it to show me 100%. When I update the work
column to 8hrs, then %complete changes to 100%.

Baseline work has nothing to do with % complete. You should try using the %
Work Complete column. Then if the Work is 8 hours, the Actual Work is 8
hours and the Remaining work is 0 hours the % work complete should show 100%

Work = Actual Work + Remaining Work

You can adjust any of these variables and the others will change...

% Work Complete = Actual Work / Work * 100
