Baseline Work of Enterprise resource were zeroed out

I uploaded a workplan into the server, when i compared the original workplan
to the online copy, 'baseline work' of enterprise resources change to zero
while local resources remains the same. What are the possible causes of this
and to how address this kind of issue?

Aside from the baseline work, start and finish dates also change after the
workplan had been uploaded to server. How can we avoid this from hapenning?
