BCM and Task

I would like to switch from ACt to BCM. In act i can goto
the contact directly from the task window. In BCM i do
not see a way to identify who the customer is from the
task window. I cant believe that this is a missing
funtion.

There's a BCM toolbar that you can use to link an existing (or new) task to
a BCM contact or account. Do you see the BCM toolbar? Once you link the
item, you should always be able to see the link when you open the task.
