A customer of mine has asked me to graph when we can expect our project to
catch up with the baseline. I've adjusted some durations and task
relationships on how we plan to catch up. I then set the "Status Date" to
the end project date and set all tasks to 100%. My thinking is that if we
complete all the tasks based on the new schedule, I should see BCWP catch up
to BCWS. However, when I do this and export the values to Excel, the time
phased BCWP doesn't equal the BCWS. I thought when all the tasks were
complete, the BCWP would equal the BCWS? What's going on?
Thanks,
