BCWS, BCWP and EV always = 0

Dear All,

I saved my data as baseline and I was trying to add progress report with a
status date. When I included the BCWS, BCWP and EV columns into the tracking
Gantt WBS, I get these three columns with zero values. The three columns are
important for the status report.

Could anyone advise how to solve this problem?

1) Validate that you have resources assigned to your tasks.
2) Validate that those resources all have a Standard Rate > $0

Dear All,

I do have resource with standard rate>0 and I have AC>0 but I don't know why
BCWS, BCWP and EV = 0? All tasks are assigned to at least one resource.

Please advise!

Dear Trevor,

Thank you very much. I did save the baseline data by going to Tools
->Tracking -> Save Baseline -> Save as baseline and baseline1.

Could you please let me know why this does show even the baseline is saved?

LG,
looking at the schedule the baseline taht you completed is shown under
"baseline 1". S,P, etc are all calculated using the "Baseline" (versions
1-10 are for archive/copies. Redo your baseline using the "Baseline" entry
and you'll see your desired results.

Dear All,

Many thanks for your advice. I finally found it. Could you please let me
know which column represent PCIB = Pecent Complete Index - budget cost?

Hello Jan,

I'm sorry, but I don't follow your comment/question. When you
choose Tools > Tracking > Set Baseline, if you leave the Baseline
list to "Baseline" (the default) it will save to the baseline
fields: Baseline Start, Baseline Finish, Baseline Work, Baseline
Duration, Baseline Cost. Those fields show readily in the Baseline
table.

If you clarify or explain your comments further, we'll try to
assist.
