being asked for user name

I used Detect and Repair for MS Outlook. It wound up reinstalling my MS
Office 2003 programs. Now when I start any of my MS Office programs such as
Word, Excel, etc. I am being asked for a username and initials. How do I
resolve this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
