Besides publisher, what supports .pub files?

No, we don't have Microsoft Publisher. We have a publishing deadline and
someone sent us an ad in .pub format. We don't have time for Microsoft to
send us a free trial CD. Does anything on earth read .pub files, or do we
have to go back to the advertiser and ask for a new file format?
