Best way to backup outlook

Hello was just wondering what the best way is to backup outlook I've been
using the Export to file over the years but I now hear you can get a outlook
backup utitilty which will do the job for you from the ms office site.Was
just wondering which was the best. Thanks Jasper

After existing Outlook, copy your .PST file to a backup location or to a Zip
drive or some other removable medium. That's the best way. The PFBACKUP
program available from the Office web site is a tool that simply does
exactly what I describe: copies the PST file to another folder.
