Big outlook problem

Hi there

Got a big problem with outlook at the moment. Running Outlook 2000 on
terminal server and users experienced an error message when send and recieve
option pressed saying you do not have sufficient permission to do this
operation.

We cannot use Outlook at all at the moment!

Any help?

Just a couple of thoughts on this. I ran in to this before and th
following fixed it for me. Maybe it can do the same for you. Firs
make sure they have terminal server access under their user accounts.
You may also chekc to make sure that the each have their own profile i
outlook and that they are loggin in as themselves. Hope that hepls
