Black & White Printing as Default

Anyone know how to make Greyscale or Black and White printing the default
print? Everytime I print something, I "apply" Black & White instead of
color, but if I print in a different program or restart my computer, the
print option defaults back to color.

This is a Windows setting. Go to the control panel and choose Printers &
Faxes and right click on the Printer in question and choose properties.
