Hi
I have previously wrote asking for help but did not get any useful help.
Thank you any way.
I am not alone; I found two more people got the same problem too.
What happens is the content of email disappears but To, From, Cc, Subject
and attachments are fine. It happens to any type of email (HTML, Plain ..).
This problem occurs randomly. When a user sends an email it is blanked. I
believe Exchange, not by Outlook, blanks the content; I believe this because
emails I had in my Inbox for some time (and read) also suddenly lose their
content.
When users start sending blank emails, I do the following and the problem
disappears for a week.
1. isinteg -s server -fix -test alltests
2. eseutil /g priv1.edb
3. eseutil /p priv1.edb
4. eseutil /d priv1.edb
Every time I do the above (after blank emails being sent) the Isinteg
always fixes something. This might be the clue for the problem. If I run
Isinteg at any other time it does not fix anything. ( I think it always
fines the folders.)
It got nothing to do with the anti-virus software, because I had it upgraded
in January. The problem started in April. I remove anti-virus but it did not
make any difference.
Exchange server is up-to-date.
This problem occurs on all versions of Outlook.
Regards
Julian
