Hi,
I have a few users, all through citrix, that when they receive certain
emails the text when in the reading pane is not visible.
it is visible when the select forward/reply however this is obviously a pain
in the neck.
is there any reason why the text would not appear in the reading pane. NB
this is not all time and with more than one user.
