Blank Outgoing Emails

As soon as I put an outgoing email into my outbox, Outlook
2000 strips out all of its content, leaving a blank page!
How can I fix this? TIA!

To email a reply,
replace "BogusID" with "cgraves1"
and "NoSpam" with "twcny.rr"
