Some of my incoming email messages are replaced by a blank line. I have not
changed any settings and am not applying a filter. There is no pattern to
it; some incoming messages simply don't display. There is a blank space
where an email message should be. My wife has the same problem, and she logs
in as a different user. I also noticed this morning that, as I wrote an
outgoing email, every time I struck a key one of the visible email messages
disappeared, replaced by a blank line. I run Outlook 2003 on Windows XP and
my virus program is Sophos.
Anybody have any ideas about what is causing this and how to fix it? I've
used Outlook for years and never had this happen before.
