How can I get Outlook to stop blocking attachments . I
have the security level on minimum but still get a blocked
acess from Outlook. Any suggestions?

Setting what security level to minimum where in what version of Outlook?

Better is to have scripts and executables send to you in a compressed file
format like *.zip.
