blocked attachments

I have outlook 2002 and an exchange 5.5 server running.
The problem I am having is that outlook is not blocking
Level 1 attachments. I have configured Outlook Security
Administrator Package but I still can't block attachments
like .pif which is a worm. My virus protection is catching
it but I want outlook to block this attachment before the
virus protection does. Can anyone help.
